Bishop's Gardens
The bishop's gardens are beginning to take shape, literally, the outline of the THEATRE OF FLOWERS is already visible, which will be in the eastern part of the dry moat.
Castle organ
The castle organ is currently under conservation, and its history will be presented by Prof. Krzysztof Urbaniak from the Academy of Music in Łódź.
Sculpture conservation
Three eighteenth-century garden sculptures have returned from conservation, which until now had been exhibited in the castle lapidarium.
Maintenance and renovation of the eastern wall

Castle bridge over the dry moat of the XX century
The restoration works undertaken in the 20s of the 20th century carried out by Karl Hauke covered, m.in, the area of the dry moat.
Ceremonial opening of the bridge
On April 13 this year, the ceremonial opening of the bridge in the Warmia Museum in Lidzbark Warmiński took place.
New bridge
The last can of paint, the last brush strokes and the bridge will be ready. The official opening of the bridge in the Castle/Warmia Museum in Lidzbark Warmiński will take place next week.

Conservation of wall paintings
To the room of the former sideboard, next to the Summer refectory, in the west wing, the conservators of wall paintings returned.
The revitalization of the defensive and retaining walls of the Lidzbark castle is underway
During the archaeological research, the foundations of the gate towers were revealed, we will hide the necessary small outbuilding, there will be new, comfortable stairs with a driveway for the disabled.
Bridge construction
What's up on the bridge? The weather is capricious, rainy and windy, but it happens. The main supporting structure of the bridge is ready and the lower deck is being installed.
Rooms in the northern part of the west wing
Conservation works - in the current stage of revitalization of the Lidzbark castle - also include rooms in the northern part of the west wing of the ground floor, behind the former castle kitchen.
Garden sculptures
Three garden sculptures, which have so far been exhibited in our castle Lapidarium, will soon go to conservation.
Renovation of the organ prospectus
On 11.01.2023, the renovation of the organ prospectus began.
Bridge repair
A major renovation of the Lidzbark bridge is underway; after removing the structure from the 70s of the twentieth century, the historical pillars were subjected to conservation, the finial was supplemented, then 1.6 ton granite slabs were laid on them.
